Banana Egg Pancakes {grain free}
My Wee Cooks can almost make these on their own they are so simple!
If you are like me you try and incorporate some protein and fruit or vegetables before lunch these are excellent! The best part is that you probably have everything you need right now!
2 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of salt
Smash the bananas in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Cook just like pancakes on a skillet or frying pan with butter. Dress with all the toppings you would use on pancakes but keep in mind they are naturally sweet from the bananas!
